The maintenance and management of the fire security equipments and their provisions in a must in every building whether large or small. He must identify the risks that would cause an accident and make provisions to cover them up and install proper safety equipment in order to prevent any mishap. He must also create a safe passage so that in case of fire everyone must be evacuated in time. Fire risk assessment is a must for every building.
