CLEVELAND -- On a night of celebration, there were two surprising, strange sights: LeBron James back on Clevelands bench. The Knicks back in the NBA playoff chase. Carmelo Anthony shook off a congested chest and a horrid shooting start to score 26 points, leading New York to its third straight victory, 107-97 over Cleveland on a Saturday when James was briefly reunited with the Cavaliers. The six-foot, 217-pound Cornish ran for a CFL-high 1,813 yards, the most in a season by a Canadian. The 29-year-old native of New Westminster, B.C., also led the league in yards from scrimmage (2,157) and TDs (14) and helped Calgary (14-4) finish atop the West Division. "This is the most significant deal that we have in our corporate sponsors." As long as this deal is approved Sept. 9 by the Glendale City Council, the building formerly known as Jobing.com Arena will have its new name the next day. LeBlanc, part of the teams Canadian-led ownership group, said the city will receive US$600,000 from the agreement and that he didnt expect approval to be a problem. LeBlanc didnt reveal how much the Coyotes will get from the new agreement. The previous deal with Jobing.com that the team terminated was reportedly worth $30 million over 10 years.
